Rita Evans
Rita is an organisational development specialist with over 30 years experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors and is the founder and director of Blue Sky Consulting. She is passionate about supporting personal, organisational and system transformation to improve community engagement, health, and wellbeing, and reduce health inequalities.
Rita was the first NHS validated system organisational development leader in the UK. She is strongly values led and works collaboratively with others to enable change. She is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, mentor and project manager.
Rita works with NHS England as Specialist Advisor for Organisational Development (OD) and provids specialist support for the major culture and transformation programme and key people strategies.
Rita is known for her humility, creativity, sense of fun and ability to build trusting relationships. Her clients value her supportive challenge, strategic insight and ability to make connections across the whole system. She brings an energy and a passion to tackle the root cause of issues and ‘model the change we want to see’.
Chris Fox
Chris has a rich experience of Leadership development, Management development, Group and Team development and Individual profiling/development. He facilitates groups in strategy reviews, problem solving projects, designs and delivers development programmes, delivers specific skill sessions and provides one to one executive coaching. Experienced in working abroad and all around the UK he has worked with clients such as: ABB; APV Baker; JCB; Kirklees Metropolitan Council; Invensys; Orange; Morrisons; Universities of Cambridge, Leeds, Nottingham and Sheffield and many others.
Qualified in training and development he also is accredited for psychometrics including the Strengths Deployment Inventory and Team Management Profile.
Raj Sahota Johal
Having spent 29 years in the Public Sector, the last 23 years have seen Raj fulfil a variety of leadership and management roles within a number of Local Authority Children’s Services as well as the National Health Service. All have required coaching to be an integral part of leading.
Raj uses positive psychology and empowering solution focused techniques to support her clients in a wide range of areas linked to their personal and professional lives. Her belief is that you become your best self when you work on things that no-one can take away from you. Your mindset, character, personality, and communication to name a few.
